Standard logo (Germany).
Wilhelm Gutbrod owned the German Standard Fahrzeugfabrik which manufactured Standard Superior small cars from 1933-1935.
These were designed by Josef Ganz and featured rear-mounted two-stroke engines. The company continued operations from 1949-1954 but the cars carried the name Gutbrod and had front-mounted engines.
