Three series of the Bluebird 510 (third-generation model) were launched in August 1967: the sedan, the estate wagon and the van. The sedan had independent suspension for all 4 wheels, but because of the heavy loads they were to carry, the estate wagon and van were equipped with a leaf-spring rigid rear suspension. The engine was the newly developed L13 (1,296cc, 72PS) 4-cylinder in line, OHC engine.
