In February of 2002, CT&T established the corporation and the Technology Research Institute in South Korea. By June of 2003, it had completed its EV concept car and passes the driving tests. By August of 2003, Korea’s Ministry of Construction and Transportation approves registration of CT&T.
CT&T supplied the EVs for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. It has begun to showcase their product line at shows such as the 2009 Seoul Motor Show, the 2009 China Golf Show, the 2009 at Alternative Fuels & Vehicles National Conference & Expo, the 2009 Korea Expo, held at Chicago's Navy Pier, the 2009 41st Tokyo Motor Show and the 2010 Detroit North American International Auto Show.
