Nuclear Alligator car by Baron.
Over this past weekend we took a stroll in Miami's Design District. It was a very hot and muggy day but still great for a bit of window shopping.
One window in particular caught my eye, and it belonged to 101/exhibit.
There were these two amazing and very large car models by Baron just sitting there, so naturally, I had to stop in and check them out.
There were more in the back room, but the two I saw are assembled from various mechanical and machine parts by a California based Artist named BARON. All of his works are non-working and only intended to be enjoyed as art. And enjoy you will.
101/exhibit is Miami’s premier venue to experience contemporary art. Located in Miami’s Design District in a stunning storefront space, 101/exhibit has become a fixture in the burgeoning cultural and commercial community of Miami, presenting the works of the finest contemporary artists to ever-growing numbers of people. The gallery was founded on a love of art and collecting, with a mission to discover, promote, and preserve the works of great contemporary artists. Hand in hand with art fairs like Art Basel Miami Beach, 101/exhibit continues to strongly support this vision, offering vibrant art that promises to endure, and cultivating a gallery experience that continues to broaden its number of viewers.
