1976 Opel Kadett Aero. (source: John Lloyd)
The Opel Kadett C Aero was produced from 1976 to 1978, by Baur, a Karosserie in Stuttgart, Germany.
Then there was the Baur TC3 of 1987, which was stopped by the production of the BMW Z1. The cars were aimed at the same market.
The Opel Kadett Aero was a very rare version - an open-top Kadett with targa roll bar, detachable roof insert and a separate convertible top aft of the roll bar. This car was built in very limited numbers.
