The Upton Motor Company was located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and only made the Upton Touring car designed by Colcord Upton, which in 1905, sold for $2,500 via their agent in New York - Mendel, Dale & Company, located at 219 West 58th Street.

It had a four-cylinder vertical motor, the transmission had 3 forward speeds and a reverse and two Acetylene headlights, two side lights, one rear light, one generator, one French horn, one pair of rubber mats and one set of tools.

• Pressed steel frame
• semi-elliptic, extra long and flexible springs
• Extra heavy and reinforced axle
• Artellery type 34x4 wheels with Clincher tires
• brake on the drive shaft on on each rear wheel
• propeller shaft drive and bevel gear
