The Italian San Giorgio company produced British Napier cars under license and under the supervision of Arthur McDonald, a Napier racing pilot.
Three models of six-cylinder cars were made with 25hp, 40hp or 60hp. Bodies came from a factory at Pistoia, Italy, built under license from Kellner of Paris. It was a short lived company (1905 - 1909).
