SsangYong (from Korea) has revealed their new 2009 C200 Crossover and once again brings the question to the forefront... why do they do it?

This crossover is practically a duplicate of the Audi Q5. Besides the legal questions, why does a company with such resources choose to copy a vehicle instead of building their own brand reputation?

I can not figure this out.
