Bentley has released the first images of the four-door version of their Continental GT coupe. Dubbed the Bentley Continental Flying Spur, the designers have penned a handsome sedan that blends the stylish and sporty attributes of the coupe (slightly raked back grille, muscular fenders, slightly raised hood) and the distinctive presence of the Arnage sedan (long yet flowing sedan profile, strong C-pillar, ample trunk).
Like the Continental GT, the performance figures are very impressive indeed: Bentley reports the 0-62 mph (100 km/hour) takes but around five seconds and top speed is slightly less than that of the coupe (said to be 198 mph), but even with the extra four-door bulk it still surpasses 190 mph. The Flying Spur sports the same drivetrain as the GT - a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter 12-cylinder that produces a substantial 552 horsepower.
Pricing has yet to be released, but a safe assumption would be a price just north of the coupe's approximately $160,000 price tag.
