The 210, launched in November of 1957, was exhibited in January of the following year at the 1958 Los Angeles Imported Car Show.

Later, thanks to coming in first in its class at the Around Australia rally (August-September 1958), it triggered the start of full-scale exports to America.
This particular vehicle was presented to Nissan by Hoshino Impul Co., Ltd. (President: K. Hoshino) and is a rare left-hand drive model. The silver paintwork is not original.
