Pietro Scaglioni started Tau (Torino Automobili Unita) production in Torino, Italy in 1924 offering a type 95 and a type 90 with 45-HP engine respectively 50-HP. The design resembled very much the contemporary Fiat 509. As there was no commercial success, car production ceased after approximately 100 cars.
