The Norwalk was built in Martinsburg's Industrial center. The company started in Norwalk, Ohio in 1910, but in 1912 started making cars after moving to Martinsburg.

The 1914 ad (below) stated:
Of all the splendid cars shown this year, nothing presents such a sturdy, yet dignified, appearance as the Norwalk Six-Cylinder Underslung. Here is a car that creates sensation everywhere by its superior lines, and envy by its excellent performances. If you are interested in the choicest, most distinctive American made car don't fail to get information of the Norwalk. Complete electric control of lighting, starting, gear shifting, brake locking, etc.

It had an MSRP of between $2,485 to $3,000, and you can see the only one known to exist here.
