The Worthington Automobile Company of New York, NY had a single year lifespan in 1905. They were located at 547 Fifth Avenue and made the 24 HP Berg Touring Car, originally manufactured by The Berg Automobile Company from 1902-1904, founded by Hart O. Berg, who sold to Worthington founded by Charles Campbell Worthington in 1904.
